Manners, Poise and Style Limited was established in 2018 to engender the study, practise and art of refinement and civility in private, corporate, and public engagements. The company recognises the critical impact of human emotions on every aspect of intra and interpersonal negotiation, service delivery, sustainable superior operational and financial performance etc. and therefore is strategically positioned to develop human resources equipped with contemporary etiquette skills, knowledge and attitude.
Manners, Poise and Style Limited is managed by a team of consultants led by Mrs Oyoenisai Okon-Otoyo, a graduate of the University of Calabar (B.Sc. Honours) and University of Lagos (MBA). She is also a member of the Etiquette Institute and has been tutored by the renown Maria Everding in St. Louis, United States of America.
